About the lesson

Only way to learn Maths is by doing questions, and practice, practice, practice. I intend on helping you achieve this. Whether you want to achieve a H1 or H4 or O1 in maths, the method is the same. With a set target in mind, I will help you achieve it.

How?
I will do out past exam/textbook questions and explain how to solve problems. Will explain concepts such as calculus, geometry and trig and other important aspects of the Maths LC course. I will give you a similar question to do yourself, and we will then examine the way you went out to solve it, giving credit where credit is due, and giving pointers on how to solve that particular question efficiently.

About Otto

3rd year Mechanical Engineer student in NUIG. Completed Leaving Cert in 2018 with 565 points. Achieved H1 in Higher Level maths. H2 in Leaving Cert Applied Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. A in 1st year Maths & Applied Maths in NUIG in 2019.

Deadly! In general all topics of maths he was able to explain. If I did not understand something he would explain it to me again without getting frustrated or impatient which was grate. If he wasn't to sure about a topic as I do construction management in college he did research on how it is done. He was very good with being on time and if he was running late he would always text me and say that he is going to be late and he would fill in the time we missed. One thing is as he is left handed it was difficult to see what he is writing as I would sit to the left of him so a tip I would suggest is being on the right side. I recommend him strongly to anyone who needs help in secondary school maths.

Deadly! We are very happy with Otto, our son is still taking lessons from him in math. We are planning to book physics from Otto as well.
Otto is not only very knowledgeable but also well-mannered, friendly and gets along with our son greatly.
