I consider that dancing is an art form that can be adapted to anyones necessity. It does not have to be strict if it doesn’t suit the dancer. It can be a form of exercise, it can be relaxing and can also be fun. The methodology of the class will change depending of personal choice.

About Agostina
I am an Irish dancer who has been training and performing for over 13 years. I’ve become South American Champion when I was 18 and qualified for the World Championships three times. Years of ballet and yoga have also helped my development as a profesional.
