My tutoring style is centred around clarity, practicality, and active learning. I focus on making even the most complex topics easy to understand by breaking them down into simple, relatable concepts. I always teach with a practical focus—every new topic is supported with real-world examples and applications so students can see how the knowledge fits into a broader context. To reinforce learning, I use low-pressure quizzes at the start of each lesson, helping students recall what they’ve learnt and identify any gaps early on. This consistent review builds confidence and retention over time. As exams approach, we shift focus to practising past papers and exam-style questions, helping students sharpen their technique and apply their knowledge under realistic conditions. I pride myself on being approachable, clear, and patient. My goal is always to build not just understanding, but also self-assurance in my students—so they walk into every exam knowing exactly what to expect and how to tackle it.
