About Ziggy
As someone who loves teaching, I know how important it is to understand how people learn. That's why I approach tutoring in a way that allows me to get to know my students on a deeper level. By doing so, I can tailor my teaching methods to best suit students' unique learning styles. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to tutor many students, both one-on-one and in groups, and I've seen firsthand how effective personalized tutoring can be in helping people succeed. My goal is to practice and push students through this to internalize lessons. I work on my feet, and I adapt to students' needs. I am prepared to leave behind specific materials to teach students exactly what they need to learn. I structure all lessons to be practice focused rather than memorization-focused so students can use the skills they learn in and outside the classroom. My lessons are for K-12 students for anything from basic English to AP Psychology. I have taught it all.
