I am a professional dancer, who is passionate about ensuring that each student gets the most out of their lesson. I work with adults of all backgrounds and fitness levels, and ensure that my students have fun while learning and working out. All private classes are tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
The typical dance workout class consists of a warm-up, dance/workout section, and a cool down/stretch section. No prior experience in dance or fitness is required, and you are welcome to take the class by yourself or with a friend.
