About Rachel
I am a 25 year old personal trainer who feel joy when helping clients reach their goals. It all started from the sport that I started, Athletics. Seeing the joy on athletes when achieving a personal best with their coach, is the moment I realised that I want to create that joy too.

I help women aged 20+ lose fat, build strength, and develop a lean, confident physique through evidence-based online coaching.
My approach combines structured training, nutritional guidance, progress tracking, and accountability. The goal is not just to give you workouts, but to help you understand what goes behind your progress, why you are doing it, and how to stay consistent.
Your journey starts with a free consultation call where we discuss your goals, lifestyle, training history, and current challenges. After the call, I will send you three coaching package options, allowing you to choose the level of support that suits you best.
Once you select your package, we begin with a clear plan tailored to you.
