I then conduct a friendly assessment to gauge their current proficiency, allowing me to design a personalized plan that includes both long-term and short-term objectives. This ensures that their learning journey is structured and aligned with their needs—whether they aim to pass a specific exam, improve creative writing, or excel in academic English.
