About Naz

I think Yoga is a way of life. I create a welcoming space where beginners feel comfortable and experienced feel challenged.
My approach focuses on mindful movement, clear guidance and deep respect for your individual journey.
Whether you are looking to build strength, reduce stress, or simply take time for yourself, you'll be guided with care, patience and with professionalism every step of the way.
Come as you are - and leave feeling stronger, calmer and more connected.

About the lesson

My main aim is to teach, not only instruct. Showing right alignment and technique. Yoga is about connecting with our body/mind and moving with awareness.
Flexibility is one of the outcomes along with strength, balance and overall physical, mental health.
Length of a lesson 45-60 minutes.
I am a qualified Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin Yoga teacher. Accredited by Yoga Alliance with over 800 hours. Have been teaching since 2023 up until now. I also teach children and teens.
I teach mixed abilities group, children, adults and 50+.
