About Elsie

Hey! My name is Elsie and I am currently a year 12 student studying the IB diploma. I am very friendly and really care about the success of others so you will definitely be in good hands. I know lots of tips and tricks to get students into the top grade boundaries and it is in my absolute best interest to watch my students improve and exceed their own expectations!

About the lesson

I am happy to teach any subject that I studied at GCSE: maths; further maths; biology; chemistry; English language; English literature; photography; geography and French. I can help with any specific content, exam technique, time management as well as application of knowledge to questions. I can also help you out with tips and tricks that I used to access grade nines (if this is your goal). I have been told by many of my friends who struggle with school that I am very good at explaining things in a way that they can understand - so if you think this sounds like you, definitely reach out. I am able to work with any learning style - if you don’t know how you learn best, we can work this out. My lessons will be fully structured around individual needs and preferences so I am extremely flexible. My lessons can be any length but I would say 1-2 hours is ideal for optimal learning conditions. I can teach anyone who is currently taking GCSEs as well as anyone younger than that!
