I have a degree in tourism and hospitality and culinary arts.
My preference as tutor is to listen to you what do you want to know and to learn,also if you're a student there's lots of culinary terminology
Cooking is an art and it's changing all the time and that's what's unique and challenging about it but there's also some basics which have to be followed.
I'm open to teach culinary students or people who simply want to know more or love Cooking

I am a Head Chef graduated in Croatia,I work as a Head Chef in Ireland for the past 5 years.
I've taught a lot of people during my years in kitchens.
Personally I love challenges but also I'm staying loyal to the place that I'm working in and try to make the best out of it
