I am a very friendly and patient tutor. I like to use a lot of visual tools to help the student to understand the topic, I also use a lot of assessments and spiral reviews to connect, develop and expand their understanding.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (BSc) and a Master’s degree in Environmental Chemistry. I have experience within the pharma industry and after 13 years working with them, I resigned to dedicate my time to my children's development. More recently, I have discovered other skills and passions and expanded my experiences through tutoring and as a freelance translator, and in events coordination. I am a very patient, and positive person. I moved to Ireland in 2019 and I am looking for a new challenge.

As the PTA President, I was able to motivate the PTA team to think out of the box and we included new fundraising events and also new afterschool programs for students. We raised more funds than any other PTA committee in the entire history of the academy (bank funds grew 24 times higher than previous years). The funds were used to improve the computer and science labs.
While working as a volunteer at JSDCL, I took the initiative to write the history of the library for the first time. This effort helped us to present our development plan, our goals, and achievements throughout the years in a formal and structured manner to visitors, government agencies, and also to our supporters. The initiative produced great and immediate effects; some of them, like TV and newspaper interviews, were not expected.
One of the students I was helping, diagnosed with some conditions since his early years, was selected to be part of the Junior Honour Society of his school for the first time in his life as a student. I had been working with him for 2 years approximately, when he received this special recognition.
