Methodology

I use a type of Communicative Approach (adapted to test preparation) emphasising natural spoken English and appropriate styles of written English, but using realistic English and encouraging the student to communicate his/her own ideas, in away emphasising fluency and convincing the examiner that the candidate is being natural and at the appropriate level and tone.
I structure my lessons so students firstly forget they are in a lesson and secondly I get them to relax into English by stimulating them to think firstly; before long they are challenging me with ideas...but in ENGLISH! And I use a lot of (BAD) jokes!

Experience

I have been teaching (Ireland, Europe, Asia) for 13 yrs and have taught THOUSANDS of students and helped them achieve their target test scores! I use a lively and fun approach and I provide ALL materials and practice materials.

Rates

Rate for online lessons : €15/h

Rate for 5 hours of lessons : €13

Rate for 10 hours of lessons : €12

Details

I prefer (in the current pandemic situation) to teach online. So a rate of Eur15/hour is for one hour, but if you book 5 hours, the rate would be Eur14; if you book 10 hours, the rate would be Eur13.
For all classes, I provide the option of one-on-one or small group.
For all classes, I provide the student with ALL materials and all practice tests.
