I will find what works best for each person, whether it be colouring , drawing or collages , I can create activities for each person or as a group, finding a way to best relax and feel at ease through art is the way I will find how to teach each person.
I studied mental health and have a background in mindfulness , I use art as a way to dive into mental health and art therapy is the best form for some people. Using art is a great way to relax and detach from any struggles you may be facing!
