Methodology

I believe that children learn best through play and being active. Therefore, my classes involve a lot of fun and interactive ways of learning. Some of the activities that you will see in my classes are a lot of mindful movement and dancing, games, yoga, listening and visualization activities to promote relaxation and positive thoughts. Your child will learn skills that will benefit them for life: how to relax and improve their sleep, how to notice, regulate and manage their emotions, how to improve their confidence and self-esteem, how to manage stress and anxiety, be more focused and concentrated, become more mindful, positive and happy. All of my activities are suitable for any parent who also wants to join in on our classes and will also benefit from our activities..who doesn't love a bit of fun and positivity. My classes are for children from 4-12 and I adapt all my lessons to match the age-group of the lessons. Both private and group lessons are available.
