About Holly
I have a French and Spanish BA degree from the University of Bristol. I have lived abroad in both countries where I have worked and studied in the languages. Additionally, I began tutoring alongside my studies in both Spanish and French when I was 18 and my students have gone on to receive grades ranging from B to A* (6-9 in the current grading system). One of my students in particular went on to study French at university and I have helped her with her French oral and grammar for many years.

I believe that language exposure and emersion are the fastest and most helpful ways to learn and improve language skills so I try to encourage as little English in the lessons as possible. I will cater the structure of the lessons to your individual needs and goals to get you where you want to be. I do set homework tasks between the lessons because they help to cement your learning outside of our class time together, but I try to keep it interesting and varied, some weeks it will be grammar, other weeks a movie or podcast in the target language.
