About Elena
My name is Elena and I am an undergraduate student at St John’s College, University of Oxford. I am currently reading for Classical Archaeology and Ancient History. I have a strong passion for the both modern and ancient history and want to help aspiring History students to achieve their academic goals.

My lessons are inspired by the Oxford tutoring system, allowing the student to take the lead in the discussion and tailor the lesson according to their individual needs. This allows for a dynamic learning process which is both efficient and engaging and which aims to stimulate the student’s curiosity and love for the subject.
The lessons focus simultaneously on the content side, making sure that the student understands the material and on exam skills, showing the student what makes for a top-mark answer.
As part of my lessons I am also able to provide additional learning materials and resources, as well as further reading recommendations to help the student go beyond the school curriculum and secure top marks in exams.
The lessons are aimed at GCSE and A-level students and a lesson last for 75 minutes.
