About Ibrahim

As a certified Personal Trainer, I am passionate about helping others achieve their Health & Fitness goals. With over 10 years' experience in the industry, I have had the privilege of supporting clients of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds. My approach to training is centred around creating personalised programmes that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe that sustainable, long-term results are achieved through a combination of proper nutrition, strength training and cardiovascular exercise. My areas of expertise include weight-loss, muscle gain and strength training. In addition to my Personal Training qualifications, I am also a boxing coach and Spin instructor, in which I incorporate these services into my clients' workouts to add variety and challenge. Above all, my goal as a Personal Trainer is to help my clients, not only achieve their fitness goals, but to also develop a lifelong love of exercise and healthy living. With hard work, dedication, and the right guidance, I truly believe that anyone can transform their body and life.

About the lesson

I am a Personal Trainer and Boxing coach based in West London (Park Royal Puregym). I have been a working PT for 6 years now and have been training and mentoring all ages. Alongside I have been a working Boxing Coach for 4 years now having worked with a lot of people in the boxing scene and out of it. All PT sessions are one hour long. Private Boxing sessions are either one hour or 30 mins long depending on the option you choose to buy. For clients that are new and want to join the gym, please be aware only the ages of 16 and over are allowed. If you want to train your child I am more than happy to train them outside of the gym either in a park or at home! :)

I really enjoyed training Sara! She’s really easy to get along with and easy to communicate with her, which I loved! We outlined what needs to be done in order to reach her goals and I am looking forward to working and training with her! :)
