My teaching method is completely individual. I figure out what each client wants and we discuss how they are willing to get there. It’s a different methodology for every person however the basic principal of the client being happy and embracing their journey as well as achieving their desired results stays the same.

I am a personal trainer with experience working with all types of people from fitness first timers to high level athletes. I am a competitive weightlifter and have represented Ireland on numerous occasions. I am currently studying sport’s management as a university degree on top of my qualification in personal training.
