My name is Emily, you may call me Emily or Em. I'm fairly laid back. I will instantly respect and expect the same back.
I have worked in child care and education for over 10 years and have experience with send. SEND is my passion And love working with an array of different people and students. Hobbies includingwalking , nature, music and family time.

I will begin all students on baseline assessments to get to know you. See where you require support. All studies will be planned based on your baseline results.
I encourage independence and freedom.
However, if the student feels they are not up to the work one day, then I shall implement simplified work and other activities, such as mental health well-being, and support you to achieve your goals in a safe but challenging way. Learning is not just about what you know, it is about how it makes you feel, I want learning to be a positive experience.
You will be required to do homework but this will not overshadow any other school or educational homework you must complete.
Lessons will be hourly during the Baseline Period, which will roughly be 3 weeks or 5 lessons depending on how many lessons the student is booked for in 1 week.
I do not mind if activities or sessions run over to the next week, however, I will be strict if the sessions continue to roll over due to student behaviour.
