About the lesson

Lessons are extremely technical with all ball work. Each position and role within the game is distilled into basic/complex movements and touches depending on age/experience. Repetition through mini-games then brings the improvement. Sean challenges or encourages the client based on needs to build resliance and confidence. Everything is completely results driven down to every minute.

Grew up in a well known family business in Dublin so understood the value of work and determination from a young age. Sean engages each player and challenges them to become a hard working and better person as well as a good footballer. Holistic coaching.

Great kid, I'll be able to build his confidence.

Left foot keepy uppys need work. I've given him home practice here. Get to level 4 in left foot keepy uppys. This will improve left foot ball control, coordination and confidence.

We'll work on instep for more accurate passing, crossing and shooting.

His air control was good, he was good at taking the ball out of thr air. Good coordination there.

We'll work on drop kick touch to kill the ball and will get into shooting to score with ruthlessness, instep or laces.

With the 1v1. He was good and showed some creativity. I'll try get him confident dribbling against me, so then against his mates he'll fly it.
