When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?
Since childhood. When I was in 6th grade, I used to teach English to a girl who was in 9th grade. That's when I realized that I really liked to teach and I was too good at it (not bragging:-p)

Tell us more about the subject you teach, the topics you like to discuss with students (and possibly those you like a little less).
I have been teaching mathematics to a lot of students. I like the subject very much. It has been my favorite subject since my school days.

Did you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?
My parents. Both my parents are teachers and I get inspired by them.

What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?
Patience, knowledge about the subject, and then patience again!

Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.
I was always asked at the beginning of the class to keep my mouth shut as I always used to tell all the answers in my class. There was no answer I didn't know. I was a rank holder and a very bright student

What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or still facing in your subject?

Do you have a particular passion? Is it teaching in general or an element of the subject or something completely different?
I love teaching. Apart from that, my passion is to sing and do theatre plays. I have done a couple of TV shows in the past.

What makes you a Superprof (besides answering this interview questions :-P) ?
I think my wit, my knowledge about my subject, my patience and my friendliness with the students (Students do not learn well from the people they aren't comfortable with)
