My teaching method is open based practice. I enjoy helping others but I also keep their information confidential. Trust is important for me so I like to build up a relationship with my students first. I often use ice breaks to begin with before teaching mindfulness with quick and easy ideas that can be done at home.
I am a student nurse. I spend lots of time doing reflections, meditation and mindfulness. I find baking helps relieve my stress but I'm here to help you with yours. I'm always around for a chat or as someone to to talk to. I'm very outgoing and enjoy others company.
