Methodology

I teach through demonstrations and allowing the student or students the chance to "teach" the teacher which enables the student to absorb knowledge far more efficiently.
Education does not need to be authoritarian.
Keeping math practical and modern helps children relate to the subject like money and time rather than the old school idea of what maths needs to be and not should be.
