About the lesson
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach from 11+ entry (including Entrance Exams to Eton, Harrow and the Independent Grammar Schools - Manchester, Stockport, Bradford, Kings Macclesfield, William Hulme etc), 13+ through to University Entrance in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I specialise in Maths and the Sciences plus Verbal and Non-verbal reasoning. I only accept children onto a set course, comprising a set number of tuition periods - adjusted individually to their needs.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have am MA and D.Phil in chemistry from the University of Oxford (Brasenose College). I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Visiting fellow of the University of Leeds and Honorary Fellow of St Edmund Hall, University of Oxford.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £40 per hour plus any travel time (ar £20 per hour) and expenses. For children who live more than 45 mins travel time I will travel and if necessary stay overnight to provide full day or half day tuition.
- Where do you teach?
I teach either in my library at home - or at the child's home as preferred.
- When are you available?
I am available 364 days per year.

10 thru to 18.

I require parents to commit to a course of tuition carefully adapted for the needs of the pupil with a set target of achievement.
