About Amara

My interest in violin developed from a love for orchestral music, emotional melodies, and expressive live performances during my childhood. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Music before earning a Master’s Degree in Classical Violin Performance. During the last 7 years, I have guided students through musical growth using supportive teaching and structured practice approaches.

I believe every learner deserves lessons that are adaptable to their pace, confidence level, and musical interests. Some students improve through repetition and technical exercises, while others respond better to creative interpretation and expressive performance activities. My teaching style focuses on patience, encouragement, and musical understanding so students can improve steadily while building strong violin skills.

Outside teaching, I enjoy performing chamber music, exploring classical repertoire, and studying modern violin arrangements. Staying active in music helps me bring fresh inspiration into lessons. Teaching violin is rewarding because I enjoy helping students express confidence and emotion through music.

About the lesson

My violin lessons help students develop strong technical foundations while encouraging expressive and confident musical performance. I teach posture, bow control, intonation, rhythm training, vibrato, finger placement, and musical phrasing using guided exercises that make learning approachable and rewarding. Lessons focus on improving coordination, tone quality, and musical understanding while creating a calm and encouraging environment.

Beginners improve through posture correction, open string exercises, and simple melodies that gradually strengthen violin foundations. Intermediate learners develop stronger bow consistency, rhythmic accuracy, and finger precision through technical drills and structured repertoire study. Advanced students focus on expressive interpretation, advanced techniques, and performance preparation with deeper artistic understanding. I also include listening activities and ensemble exercises that help students improve naturally.

Violin becomes more meaningful when students connect emotionally with music instead of focusing only on technical perfection. My lessons encourage patience, creativity, and confidence while helping learners improve steadily. I want students to become more expressive, relaxed, and comfortable while building their own musical identity.
