4th Dan Shotokan and Uechi Ryu. 10 years of teaching, in sports associations, university, animation centers, primary schools and private lessons. Classical course sequence: muscular and articular heating, specific bodybuilding, Kihons (concatenation of techniques), work 2/2 (partner or me), small kumites (fights) and Katas (codified traditional sequences of techniques).
