I have been assisting students with their academic, functional and social challenges for over twenty years in the classroom, the home and through several non-profits. My students experience enhanced skill sets, improved confidence and become more capable, curious learners.

My teaching method always begins with an assessment. I want to hear from my student's perspective about what they are experiencing, what they are doing and how they are feeling about the challenges that they are facing. My goal is to support their progress with the right combination of approach, encouragement and practical work. I use the method and resources that work best for them and encourage them to take ownership of their learning journey.

Details
Notice of cancellation must be received forty eight hours ahead of the scheduled time or the session will be billed at the regular rate. Students may change the location or the hour of the lesson twenty four or more hours ahead of the scheduled session, provided that the tutor's approval is given and that the requested time is available. Discounts are available for multi-hour sessions held on the same day for specialized sessions before major projects or exams. Please consult with the tutor for details. Both the initial consultation and the first lesson are free.
