Deadly! When I started thinking about my fitness journey, I needed someone to be able to help me online and be present due to the difference in time zone. Tushar met both these needs very well. As with other reviews on Superprof I saw I have a similar experience to share. What I do want to add additionally is that he understands different body types and mindset. I liked that he asked a lot of questions to get to know me and my lifestyle. He particularly took interest in also helping me with stress management and meditation since I stress eat a lot. To get someone to help with nutrition, workouts and manage your stressful life, that is commendable 100%. He is super responsive to all my messages throughout the day despite the gap in timing. He took into consideration if I do or do not have access to gym, machines or dumbbells. Even with respect to nutrition when I told him I cannot cook a lot since my workdays are stressful. He gave me recipes under 10 mins which are healthy and tasty. The best review I can write for him is that he is a person to whom if you tell a problem he has evidence-based answers to it. I hope to keep continuing with Tushar for the long term.

Putting my recommendation here :
I was 190lbs, did everything including soccer, cycling, yoga, running, even intense cardio but none of them helped me to go below even 1lb from 190. I never trusted any online training but still took the risk and searched for platforms and found this website. Here I searched for fitness trainer and found Tushar.
I met him over the call and decided to go forward, I joined Tushar on Feb 2023 and till now, he helped me lose 18lbs in closer to a month.
The best thing happened is that Tushar made me do this weight loss all naturally, no supplements included. I used to do intermittent fasting, but Tushar gave me his diet plan absolutely perfect and I stared eating as well. I never felt like I’m even dieting but it all matters in the end :)

Tushar is a excellent teacher, one of the best teacher I ever met, since because of the pandamic the work from home appears to me. I gained almost 10 kgs of fat( bad fat ). I was obese and was feeling really low. I met a teacher on urban pro website same like this one. But that teacher scammed me after taking money, I lost trust on these online classes. Then randomly I searched again and on this website, I found Tushar. I took some classes with him and found that I was wrong in thinking of the online classes. He made me believed on this. I lost 7 kgs of fat within 2-3 weeks. And it keeps going on.

Guys, on 1st of June, I got an accident, the axle of my bike broke at the moment due to which I fell off from the bike and broke my leg. Also, my weight was around 90 kg that time. After the accident, I lost all my hope and thought I'll not be able to lose my weight, I wasn't able to go to the gym because of the leg. Then, I was randomly scrolling and found superprof. Here, I found Tushar sir. At first, I wasn't thought he'll be able to make it as I was not able to send on my own.
But, believe me, I'm not able to upload my picture here as not getting an option. My weight at the moment is 75kg.
I listened everything is possible but didn't thought about this. Now, I believe in this.

Explain why you think Tushar is a trustworthy teacher: This is the question.
Start with my name , kamaldeep singh, this side. Coming back to the question, why he's not a trustworthy teacher. He's a overall package of motivation, energy and positive power. I firstly doubted that whether he'll help me to lose my weight because I was around 92 kgs. I was worried because doing work from home, made me lazy and obese in shape. Also, I lose my strength and stamina. I talked with Tushar sir and told everything that I do on my daily routines. He asked me a time for a week to plan diet chart from me.
He started with basics and then shifted from a rookie to a advanced level.
Why I like him a lot is because mostly he teaches exercises weightfree. From the 1st week to now, it's around my 6th week with him, I learned a lot of things from him.
I followed his saying :
Checked weight every week and got the results:
1st week : lose 1 kg - 91
2nd week : lose 1.5 - 89.5
3rd week : lose 2kg - 87.5
4th week : lose 1.5 - 86
5th week : lose 3 kg - 83
Now it's around half of the week and checked I lose 2kg - 81
It's all natural. I just followed his instructions and the diet plan he gave me.
