I am a dedicated Chess tutor with 3 years of experience teaching students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. Over the course of my tutoring career, I have successfully guided around 300 students, helping them improve their understanding of the game, sharpen their strategic thinking, and develop confident decision-making skills. My tutoring approach centres on clear communication and adaptability. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to match individual learning styles and goals. Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons based on the unique needs and learning pace of each student. Whether a beginner is taking their first steps or an advanced player is refining complex tactics, I modify my approach to maximise engagement and progress. This flexibility also extends to integrating relevant subjects such as logical reasoning, pattern recognition, and problem-solving skills that complement Chess learning. Integrity is vital in fostering trust. I set realistic goals and provide honest feedback, celebrating improvements while addressing areas for growth. I hold myself accountable to maintaining high teaching standards and creating a respectful, encouraging learning environment. Accountability helps students stay committed. Together, we set clear goals and track progress regularly. I encourage disciplined practice habits while making lessons enjoyable, so students remain motivated and confident in their abilities.
