About Jess
I am a law student in Manchester and I have been tutoring for three years. Upon completion of my GCSE's I embarked on A Level studies followed by a Law degree. I have brought my students up by 3 grades on average and personalised each of their learning plans and sessions to ensure they received the best tuition I could offer. I began my own tuition business alongside my friends, which was very successful until its closure in Summer 2019.

I approach each session with the mindset that each student is unique therefore their session should be a reflection of this. After completing an initial assessment session with my tutees I draw heavily on the weaker aspects to improve when planning the session. Each session has a powerpoint and will be accompanied by additional reading or independent tasks to complete. I end each session with as much feedback as I feel is necessary for that particular session and always ask the tutee what they may have found helpful or not so helpful so that they are getting the most out of the time we spend learning.
