About Holly
I am a successful life coach living in London with five years of coaching under my belt. I have several different approach styles and pride myself on my flexibility and ability to adapt to whatever my clients need.
I am warm, friendly and understanding. My role is not to judge you or force you to do anything you do not want to do- it is simply to bring out the best in you and offer a guiding hand as you begin your journey to reach your maximum potential!

My lessons are centred around communication, body language and your personal energy. I will work with you to build up your confidence when communicating with your colleagues, friends and maybe even potential dates!
I am happy for lessons to be booked as either one/two hour remote zoom sessions or for two hour + sessions in public, practising your skills! These lessons belong to you so I am flexible with how they are run, we can work alongside each other to give you the best possible results.
