I am currently studying International Business with French at the University of Limerick. With a deep love for the French language and culture, I am passionate about helping others develop a similar enthusiasm. As a diligent and dedicated tutor, I am committed to bringing out the best in students, helping them achieve their full potential in their exams. My classes are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. We will concentrate on exam techniques such as understanding the marking scheme, practicing past papers, and improving answering strategies. Classes will be 1 hour in length, catering to all levels, from beginners who need a strong foundation in French to advanced students aiming for top marks.
My qualifications and experience include spending six weeks in France on an exchange during secondary school, which provided me with immersive language experience, winning various French translation competitions, and achieving a H1 grade in Leaving Cert French. I also worked at an intensive two-week course in Bru na Pairce, covering the full French Leaving Certificate (Higher-Level) curriculum in 2022. This provided me with valuable teaching experience and insight into what examiners look for in the Leaving Cert exam.
