About Ciara
My name is Ciara and I am a young university student who is currently studying Irish. My love for Irish grew from attending an all Irish Secondary School. I personally believe Irish should be taught in a way where it's enjoyable and interesting to learn rather than feeling like a task.
I will always work around the priorities of my students and make lesson plans that will work for them and their style of learning. I like the incorporate different tasks that I think will benefit the individual student.
I have witnessed first hand the difference a few one on one lessons can make and it os great to see my students confidence grow.
I am happy to help with any level of Irish

As a young student myself I understand the Junior and Leaving Certificate Irish curriculums inside out. I believe in putting an equal amount of emphasis on spoken Irish as well as written Irish. I make a continuous effort to practice active recall throughout my lessons to ensure my students are understanding the content that I teach.
A lesson typically lasts an hour but can be altered to the students needs.
I have been teaching Irish one on one with students for the last year and have only had incredibly positive feedback.
My lessons are for Primary and Secondary school students, I make different lesson plans for each child to make sure their own personal goals and needs are being met.
