About Isabella

I'm a postgraduate law student at the University of Bristol, currently completing the MA Law with a High Distinction. I also hold a BA in French and Italian (2:1) from Bristol, where I developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and academic writing. During my degree, I completed work and study placements in Paris and Bologna, which gave me valuable insight into the challenges international students may face. My background gives me a unique ability to support both native and international students—not only with English Literature and Language, but with all forms of written communication. I’m passionate about helping students reach their full potential by building confidence and developing clear, effective writing skills. Whether you're preparing for exams, improving essay technique, or working on coursework, I bring a calm, structured, and encouraging approach to every session. I have experience tutoring GCSE, A-level, and undergraduate students, both online and in person. I'm friendly, professional, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment tailored to your goals.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs, goals, and learning style. Whether you're studying for GCSE or A-level English Literature or Language, or need support with written work (coursework, dissertations, CVs), I focus on building confidence, enhancing clarity, and developing strong analytical and writing skills. Lessons typically last 30–60 minutes and include discussion, guided reading or writing, and constructive feedback. I take a calm, supportive approach, encouraging independent thinking while providing clear, structured guidance. I hold a High Distinction in the MA Law conversion and a 2:1 BA in French and Italian from the University of Bristol. I have experience tutoring secondary school and undergraduate students in English and academic writing, both online and in person. I work with students aged 14 and up (GCSE to undergraduate level), including both native and international English speakers. Whether you're preparing for exams, working on coursework, or looking to improve your written communication, I’d be happy to help.
