About Kevin
My name is Kevin. I am a freelance nutritionist in the Düsseldorf area. I have completed a state-approved training that allows me to work preventively as well as nutritional medicine.
I know how difficult it can be to find the right person to deal with the subject of nutrition. A lot is said, but mostly more than half of it is unusable and doesn't work.
I've made it my business to get rid of diet myths, powders, pills and bans!

I work with a so-called modular system. The modular system is an easily understandable overview
with which you can intuitively find the perfect combination of foods
for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner.
All foods are assigned to one of the 5 nutritional components .
A healthy meal always consists of all nutritional components.
This makes it easy for you to eat healthy and varied.
