My teaching methods are to always involve the learners in the classroom and that their opinions matter. This shows that their answers are also important in the classroom. Lesson structure is to first gather what they know about the topic and that their prior knowledge is important because that would mean they understand what is going on. It also shouldn’t be work, work, work but also add a bit of fun so that they won’t get bored in the classroom.
