About Deborah

I have been a high school special education teacher for over 22 years and I have had nothing but positive results. Students who struggle in their academics often display behavioral concerns because it is not fun to feel unsuccessful. It is my job to help them gain that confidence and feel the success.

I specialize in helping students see their strengths and utilize those strengths to conquer their academic needs. Each student that I work with deserves individual lessons to help them be successful. Once a student feels successful, they can start to feel that intrinsic motivation to be more successful in everything they do.
