About Maria Esther
I am a visual artist specialized in Oil Painting. I have experience teaching Oil Painting to adults for more that 4 years. My classes are targeted for absolute beginners, however I welcome ongoing and advanced students in my classes. I focus on teaching the use of color: tones, value and intensity, in order to create stunning volumes onto the canvas.

I have designed 3 different themes: STILL LIFE, ABSTRACT, and PORTRAIT. I start by guiding the students step by step to create volumes through the use of variety of tones and shades. I demonstrate how to create a very colorful and professional palette first in order to start adding the tones on to the canvas, I demonstrate how to use the palette knife, and brushes, and the way in which by applying tones of a color and its complementary one you can create a stunning volume. "It is Magic and engaging".
