About Dervla
I am a fluent German speaker, speaking German only at home. I received a H1 in German in the Leaving Certificate, being one of the only students in the country to receive 100% in my Leaving Certificate Higher-Level Pre-Exams. I have taught a German class to Trinity College Dublin students enrolled in a German degree for one year, helping them to achieve the necessary fluency.

The first class will focus on what the student wishes to improve with respect to their German ability. Each lesson will be one hour, with variations between written, oral and exam question components. Homework will be given and graded via email, to ensure the student can see improvement. Vocabulary lists for the student will be done weekly. Classes will be held in spoken German, once the student becomes confident enough in their ability. All levels of German accepted up to, and including, Leaving Certificate level.
