About Maja
I am a master student with a passion for crime, justice and psychology. I enjoy learning new information and presented all of the knowledge I have acquired in my assignments. I am aspiring to do my doctorate in criminology with psychology after completing my masters. Upon completing my doctorate, I aspire to become a lecturer in criminology and psychology.
I motivate my students by providing them with positive feedback every lesson. I am a tutor that works hard to ensure my students stay on task and remain motivated throughout as it is vital for effective learning.

My lessons are for anyone between the ages of 5+ and at any level. My lessons are purely tailored to my students, where together we address areas of weaknesses. I typically start by covering the content of the subject (e.g. English literature, I start by covering characters and themes and analysing each one thoroughly. Key quotes are analysed in depth, which helps with essay writing. Once this is covered, we then cover essay writing, where I will write sample essays and provide tips to write effectively). I set homework tasks to develop and check my students' knowledge, which then I can base my following lessons off any areas students struggled with. At A Level I attained an A in English language and literature, B in Sociology and B in Law. I received a 2:1 in my Criminology undergraduate degree in September 2023. I have been tutoring for over two years and have gained much experience in how to effectively plan and deliver a lesson.
