About Karleigh

I have been a long-distance runner my entire life and ran Cross Country and Track in high school. I have Asthma and EILO (Exercise Induced Laryngeal Obstruction) which causes my throat to close up as soon as I start any kind of exercise. This makes running extremely difficult for me, but I continue to do it because I love to challenge myself and see myself accomplish something that is so hard for me to do. I want to share this feeling with other people and encourage them to do anything that they want to accomplish in life. Running has helped me to work harder in other aspects of my life and has pushed me to become a better person in my professional and personal life.

About the lesson

The lessons can consist of pretty much anything that the student wants to learn. We can go through breathing strategies, motivational techniques, ways to push yourself, different workouts to do, different stretches and which parts of the body that they stretch. These lessons can be for runners at any stage of their running journey, and I am not here to judge seeing as I am not a professional runner myself, I just love running and I want to share it with others.
