About Ehsan

I have taught English literature and literary theory, and English to students from diverse academic backgrounds. During the Russian invasion of Afghanistan, I had been teaching English translation and English literature for students from undergraduate and postgraduate levels whilst living as an afghan refugee in Pakistan. I have also tutored literary and cultural theories in the Department of Critical and Cultural Studies at Macquarie University.

In the tutorials I conducted, I have tried to enable students to make the key theoretical concepts simple and, subsequently, to use them as tools in their reading of literary texts and analytical thinking. I have always encouraged students to engage directly in the textual operation of literature and creatively explore and critically examine the textual, inter-textual, subjective, socio-historical, and political dimensions of scores of textual writings.

Within the Department of Critical and Cultural Studies, I have worked with students to extend their classroom discussions to the international online debates of the concerned literary, critical, and intellectual cross-fertilization. I have always endeavored to engage in reading texts with students. These courses involved a combination of face-to-face teaching sessions and flexible online delivery. In the course of my teaching experiences, I have learned to work with students from diverse backgrounds and to be sensitive to the different needs that students may have.

About the lesson

As an internationally acclaimed and published academic and many years of experience in teaching, I have well developed good manner and awareness in working as a member and leader of a teaching team at both the school and university level.
I have great innovation and the appropriate skills to keep students motivated and enthusiastic about learning. I always thrive on challenges and have an eye on finding solution to the problem. My main objective in teaching and working in your school will remain willingness to ensure that all students have access to the teacher as well as to the resources that enhance their learning abilities. I strive to reach and teach every student under my care.
