About Evyatar
I used to be very fat, sad, and addicted to video games. So I get it and I want to help you change. With exercise, it's amazing your physical and mental body improves at the same time. I went from being the very fat and weak kid at school to now being close to completing the world record bench press for my age. And if I don't get it I'm training my brother to do so.

Whatever your goal is losing weight, gaining weight, getting stronger, etc. I will help you and support you on every part of this journey! What we will do is video call through WhatsApp, zoom etc. And I can either show you a workout and you do it with me, you don't need equipment but if you do its awesome. Or/ and ask me tips on working out, dieting etc.
