About Stephen
I’ve been obesity for near 25 years where I was addicted to carbohydrate and affecting insulins to store fats in the body. I’ve tried several diets and exercises however managed to lose few kilos in a year. Then, I’ve learned the low carbs diet which is healthy keto and intermittent fasting where 45 kilo of body weight. I feel healthier and happy with the loss of body weight and healthy keto & intermittent fasting has become my lifestyle.

Obesities today are insulin resistant sensitivity where they have food cravings with 4 to 5 meals throughout the day. In this lesson we will learn the diet with low carbs to heal insulin resistant and suppress the cravings. Eventually the meals will reduce to 2 meals a day without having any discomforts.
