About Dámaris
I have been a gymnast since I was 11 years old and have competed since I was 12. I have basic knowledge of ballet and a high level of English (C1), with an intermediate level (B1) of French. I try to transmit the motivation and discipline necessary to improve, both in languages and in sports!

Rhythmic gymnastics: as for the warm-up (here comes flexibility) and teaching of rhythmic apparatus technique and difficulties (jumps and turns) the classes are always structured. However, with regard to the assembly of dances (in groups and individuals) the organization is usually freer, although not less orderly. If preferred so by parents, I can also focus only on the technical part or the practical part.
English: after briefly evaluating the student’s level in the first class, the classes will be structured as follows: 30 minutes will be theoretical: dedicated to grammar and vocabulary. The other 30 will consist of putting into practice the acquired lessons, through exercises of expression and written and oral comprehension. Here comes the competition of mediation.
Whole classes can be expressly dedicated to one of these two aspects, according to the needs and difficulties of the student / students.
