About Hassan

Currently serving as a Judicial Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, I possess a unique, first-hand understanding of legal practice and its complexities. About the lesson

Deadly! Hassan is making what seems to me to be unexpected good progress in detecting in the flaws in a real life defence statement. Hassan appears to me to be somewhat anxious regards what is going on, but I am deliberately providing as little information as possible to maximise the probative value of Hassan's work. It
• seems very likely to me that Hassan has little idea what is really going on, but has the gumption to proceed nonetheless. The gumption. It seems to me, that at the end of my discussions with various lawyers tutors, whomever it is who produced the defective defence statement is going to have a lot to worry about.
That person is not Hassan. I do not agree that non-studenta do not require law tutoring. Gumption is in short supply. It requires a premium. You can have the skills, but what if you lack the gumption?
