I am a graduate from York University (Bachelors of Kinesiology and Psychology). I’ve done personal training over 6 years. Have played sports and studied in 3 countries (Croatia, Serbia and Canada). Have trained 1 on 1 as well as a small group

I believe everyone is unique and each individual needs specific types of motivation and different teachings methods. There has to be a passion and love for fitness or sports and that’s where I start. I love training people who have a desire to become better and enjoy striving for greatness!

Details
Rates are somewhat flexible depending on level of skill and age, as well as equipment/facilities needed. Travel time is not a factor; I won’t train someone over half an hour way, for example. Also, first “lesson” will be a consultation regarding goals, getting to know each other etc. Will not start lessons until we see that we’re a good fit.
