About Marcus

With over a decade in the cryptocurrency space since discovering Bitcoin in 2013, I bring both technical expertise and hard-earned experience to my teaching. My professional background in IT Consulting for the banking and finance industry has equipped me with the skills to deliver structured, high-quality training sessions for global corporations.

I've navigated the complexities of cryptocurrency—often learning the hard way—and now I'm passionate about helping others avoid these costly mistakes. My comprehensive courses consist of carefully structured lessons covering everything from securing your digital assets to analyzing token fundamentals and trading various markets.

Having transitioned from corporate consulting to being fully "all-in" on cryptocurrency and trading, I'm now merging my two passions—technology and teaching—to provide you with the tools to become the profitable crypto trader you aspire to be.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology: I provide structured lessons based on individual topics that form a cohesive set of lessons over a number of class sessions that include theoretical and practical sections. I provide you with the opportunity to ask questions throughout the lesson and demonstrate concepts more deeply to ensure you understand according to your learning style.

Every lesson will have exercises for you to complete so you embed the knowledge and take a step closer to becoming a self-reliant cryptocurrency practitioner or trader.

I offer two specialised courses to meet different needs:
Course 1 - Understanding Cryptocurrency
Course 2 - Trading Cryptocurrency

Course 1 is designed for more of an entry-level into the world of crypto, covering the following aspects:

1. Currency Types and Characteristics - Decentralisation, Supply
2. Coin Metrics - Market Capitalisation, Circulating Supply
3. Exchanges - Centralised, Decentralised, Methods of exchange & Wallets
4. Aquisition - Practical walk-through, setting up wallets, accounts, currency swaps

Course 2 is for those looking to learn about trading the exciting world of cryptocurrency markets. It is split into two parts:

Part 1 - Core Principles
1. Intro to Candlesticks, line charts, TradingView
2. Market Phases, market structure, trends
3. Volume, Price and their relationship
4. Support and Resistance, MAs and Indicators
5. Liquidity, candlestick patterns, TradingView features
6. Breakout Trading, Range Trading

Part 2 - Live Trading and Systems
1. System Building
2. Trade Execution
3. Documenting Trades and return rates

I welcome students of all ages and experience levels. The only requirement is curiosity and willingness to learn. Come prepared to discover a fascinating new world of trading and cryptocurrency!
