About Alain

Graduating in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gall, I began my career in auditing before moving into banking and Private Equity in Geneva and Paris. This experience in finance sharpened my analytical skills and risk strategy, key competencies in poker.

I turned professional in poker in 2015, initially specializing in online tournaments (MTT) and then moving to live tournaments in 2017, where my ability to decipher opponents' body language led me to success. Since 2018, I have been blending cash games with high-stakes tournaments.

With combined seven-figure earnings in live games and on PokerStars/Winamax/GGpoker, and more than 8 major victories (WSOP, WPT, PokerStars, Asian Poker Tour), my unique journey in finance and poker makes me the ideal coach for players wanting to excel, combining advanced gameplay strategy with an understanding of the mental and financial dynamics of poker.

I have done multiple poker training sessions with Alain. His personality shows he really cares about his students. He really made me think of the game of poker in a new way. The analytical approach to the game mixed with his years of experience helped me understand how to play both the math and the other player. Since I started with Alain I have been winning more money at poker so his training is paid for 10x or more. I recommend Alain as a poker coach for the top poker coaching I have found yet (3 teachers for poker before). Really the best!
