About Malvika
Hi there! I’m currently doing my Master’s in Counseling at the University of Queensland, and I’m really passionate about helping others learn and grow. I’ve always believed that a good learning environment is one where students feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard—and that’s exactly what I aim to create in my sessions. I tutor psychology (especially counseling and psychotherapy topics) for High school, undergrad and postgrad students, and I also help with IELTS prep. I’ve gone through the IELTS myself and scored in the top band, so I know exactly what it takes to prepare well and feel confident going into the exam. My approach is flexible, clear, and focused on your goals. Whether you need help understanding tricky concepts or want to work on exam strategy, I’m here to support you with patience, structure, and a bit of encouragement along the way!

As a Master’s student in Counseling at the University of Queensland, I bring both academic knowledge and real-world experience to my tutoring. I offer online lessons in Psychology (Introduction to Psychology, Counseling and Psychotherapy topics) for High-school students, undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as IELTS preparation for those aiming to achieve top band scores—just like I did. My teaching approach is student-centered and interactive, tailored to individual learning needs. For IELTS, I provide structured guidance on each section of the exam along with prep materials, mock tests, and personalized feedback.
